pics of yj fender timms

any one have any pic.s or advic of trimming those fenders? im rubing bad on my 31's and 3" of lift when i flex theres good rub marks and i allways hear them hit when i go around a sharp curve with an up angle to follow right after or on the trial when crossing deep ruts

If you're running 31's, the only thing you should be rubbing is the fender flares which doesn't hurt anything although I have seen guys tim them just with a razor knife. I ran the 3" Rough Country on my 94 YJ for about 3 yrs with 33 x 9.50s and then added a 1" body lift and ran 33 x 12.50s on stock 15 x 7 wheels for another year. I never had anything rub other than the flares and that was running Rubicon, Fordyce and Barrett. I since have gone with the ProComp coils which gives me a little more clearance.

Hey KTRowe,
Did you like your 33 9.50s better than your 12.50s or the other way around? Im planning on the 34 9.50s but I was wondering what your experience with them was.

how are those rough country springs?, did they sag at all yet? do they flex good, hows the ride on the highway.? thanks! got any pics?

thanks ktrowe thats the problem but it was sucking the body with it some times.

wrangler88 i like the springs there not to stiff i dont think there preety flexy on the trail and they ride good highway for me. and best of all its a relitivly cheap kit to install i think i payed 345 or so i dont remember right now. i havent had any sag yet either but ihave only had them about 4 months. ill try to get some pics up tommarow if i can scann them right
