NC getting my share of snow!

We finally got our share, probably close to a foot now, and still coming down. I just finished a night of pulling people out. Lots of compacts, a mustang, bug, and my favorite... an ambulance! old ironsides pulled it out of a drift, and up an embankment, and I smiled to whole time. Gave them my number in case they had an emergency or something. all in all a very fun night, my first snow in the jeep

Snow jeepin is a blast even though we don't get to do it very often. I have pulled a few out also. People always try to pay me but I never take it.

Re: NC getting my share of snow!

we've got a good 4 or 6 inches here in Raleigh so far. I just took my dad to work - I wish they wouldn't plow the roads! its so much more fun without the plows and salt trucks

Re: NC getting my share of snow!

more than a foot in some places now. roads here are bad, and the smart owners of compact hondas and such still think they can go out in it. I'm tired of pulling people out now. i pulled about 12 cars last night, and at least 20 today, and running doctors to the hospital. I agree, much more fun without those plows, and sand crap. I've been looking for untouched parking lots and such to get my jollies.. anyone for some wheeling tonight? I'd be willing to bet your brother has some snow up there.
