AX-15 shifter lever removal

How do you remove the black portion of the shifter lever from the machined yoke? I have already removed the shifter/yoke from the tranny.

Re: AX-15 shifter lever removal

If your talking about removing the shifter handle from the stub, use a hammer (as long as they are removed from the tranny). There are a couple of dimples on the stub that mate with bumps on the shifter. I have tried to finesse them apart on my AX5 and BA 10/5, but always end up using a hammer.
