Has anyone used alloffroad.com to host site?

I decided to get away from geocities and goto alloffroad.com to host my clubs website. Well I went into their file manager and copied all of my site files over to their server. Well I want to update the site and the instructions and cinfig are giving me errors and not letting me onto the server. I am using Dreamweaver 4. I used the ftp in the program to get into the server, but it gives me cannot connect error 350-, or something like that. I have tried to do it with Fetch 4.0 FTP prgram and it is giving me a password login error. The instructions they post are straightforward and i can say with 100% that all the info i have entered in the directions are correct. I am just wondering if anyone else is having problems. I want to download all of my files from the site so I can work on it. I deleted the original files off my computer so i have to download them now. Only thing I have changed since i have originally copied the files from Geocities to alloffroad.com is I went from an old PC to a Macintosh. This shouldnt change a thing, because it is seems to be a stricty server issue. Is there an addition to their directions? I have emailed them about the problem last week , but they havnt contacted me. I also tried to access it from my work computer, but still couldnt get into the server.
Thanks

one way to download your pages is to actually go to the page online and click "file" then "save as". It will only save the page you are viewing, so you will have to do it to all the pages. Just an idea

WHOA NOW!!! ... now that is a lot of work, but a good idea. They still havnt gotten back to me. I even booted up my old PC and see if i could access them. Nope. I might have to get another server now. They seemed to be good, but this is a pain. I will wait a little longer, it is holiday season and probably everyone is on vacation. I will get to it soon enough i guess.
Thanks for the suggestion
