Pics of your dash!

Stopped by the boneyard today and found a stainless dash panel w/o the radio & speaker cutouts. $20 bucks, so I couldn't pass it up! What I want to see is some pics of your dash setups for gauges, lights, etc...
Thanks!

Greg

Re: Pics of your dash!

I just redid my dash but I don't know how to post a picture DUH !!!
How do you add it to the post? what size does it need to be ? should it be Jpeg or Bit map ??
I did mount the gauges in an autometer pod to tilt them towards the driver and replaced the stock speedo with one from another MFGR. mounted the lights in the dash to see them better.
If I only had a brain ....LOL
If I can't post them I will E-Mail them to ya ,name your poison Jpeg or Bit map ?

Re: Pics of your dash!

Pat, thats a good lookin setup! Are you using the defrost ducts and did they present any clearance problems for those switches?
Ray, jpeg is fine w/ me. Don't feel bad, I don't know how either (course I could read how in the instructions!)

Re: Pics of your dash!

here is mine.. i now have two 5 1/4" speakers in both ends.. as far out and up as i could get them... i plan to add an air pressure guage and a amp guage.. i will put them.. between the two, one on top.. one on bottom.. so it will look like a diamond... im not a big switch/light yahoo person.. so i like a nice clean basic look...
it started as semi-clean slate.. i had to put the speedo/h2o/oil guage holes in.. and the speaker holes.. i just took it to a machine shop.. wanted a nice clean look... its a 4 wheel drive hardware dash.. i bought it used... but its of good quality.. as thick or thicker than stock..

Re: WANTED!!! I will buy your factory dash....

"Good" would be factory holes only. Minimal surface rust if any. Easily restored to like new condition with sanding and some new paint.

Thanks,

Uhhhh..nevermind
Mine has an extra hole above the 2 stock ones and the speaker grilles have been hacked.

Re: Pics of your dash!

Where did you get an aftermarket speedometer for a jeep? what was involved with the instilation? What about other gauges? Do the 3 gauge modules from summit work well(water Temp, oil press and volts) in a jeep?

thanks
