Which springs are better?

What springs would provide a better ride on a SOA YJ?

Stock springs with a full length add-a-leaf

Rancho 1" lift springs part # 44047 and 44147

I plan to swap in something a little more flexier than my 3" TM springs, but don't want it to sag when I add a winch or heavier bumpers.

Re: Which springs are better?

I was going to run stock rear YJ springs on my CJ in a SOA. until a local 4wd shop and Jeep owner told me that i would bend them. He runs a SOA and BDS 2" YJ springs on his w/ 38 SX's. He said he would sell them to me but i would bend them. Just my .02

Re: Which springs are better?

i have been running jc whitney rear cj 7leaf hd springs at all 4 corners and they work good. they are military wrapped and flex well. i have heard of yj guys running them at all 4 corners also.

it's one ton o' fun!
