curious

i was curious to know if my Dana 44 front and rear are going to be strong enough for 33's and trail driving i also will ocassonally be towing a boat or car....i was told i should put in Dana 60's but it seems like a lot of money to me that would rather use on other upgrades....let me know what you think thanks

Re: curious

I have 44's on my Jeep, and am running 33's with no problems. I'd say spend the money on something else.

35's on a J10, welded 44 in rear, open 44 front, trails and mud, never had a problem.

Re: curious

no way! Those axles are going to break any day now with all that power from the 401. You need to give them to me so I can swing some full width axles under the jeep and upgrade to dana 60's!
