Re: looking for a Dana 20 TC

there was a factory adapter that went with the dana 20 the best place to find them is in older commandos with auto trannys with the quadra crap you have your chief will also have ofset rear axle so the 20 wont work for ya unless you swap out the rear as well

The FSJ has enough driveshaft lenght that the offset isn't a big deal. My brother swapped in a dana 60 rear from a J20 with a quadraTRAC into his wagoneer with a dana 20. I also found a TH400/dana 20 for him and he swapped that in place of his T15/dana 20. I found the TH400/dana 20 in a wagoneer.

For those that want to get rid of their quadratrac, I'd be happy to pay shipping for one with a low range.

Re: looking for a Dana 20 TC

400 to 20 adapter is rare and expensive

quadratrac is highly underrated and misunderstood - in stock form it was used in 600+ hp desert racing trucks back in the 70's and held up without a problem

i'm with will i'd be happy to take anyone's q trac off their hands for them
