BW-1339 HELP

I AM LOOKING FOR A VACUM SCHEMATIC FOR A BW-1339 WITH 360CI MOTOR. MY E SWITCH VACUM LINES ARE GONE AND I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE WHERE THEY GO. CAN ANYONE HELP? I AM TRYING TO AVOID BUYING A $74.00 SERVICE MANUAL.

Re: BW-1339 HELP

It's a simple setup. There is one line from the engine to the switch. Then two lines from the switch to the transfer case. That's it.

Connect the line from the switch to the engine. Then connect the two other lines from the switch to the metal lines next to the transmission dipstick. With the jeep running and the switch in the normal position, crawl under the jeep and connect two rubber lines to the end of the two small metal lines. The one with vacuum goes to the back of the shifter. The other goes to the front of the shifter.

That's it.
