Looking for 4wd selector (vac operated) fromJeep..

Hey guys, I'm trying to locate a 4wd selector switch from a fullsize jeep, you know the vac operated ones that were usually mounted in the glovebox. What years were they used in? Also if anyone has one they are willing to part with please let me know! Thanks.

Re: Looking for 4wd selector (vac operated) fromJeep..

Your transfer case is a Borg-Warner Quadra-Trac, and they were used 1973-79, with a few extras POSSIBLY finding their way into 1980 trucks. It's a rotary vacuumm switch. If you can't find a working replacement (and NAPA doesn't have one listed), try a Selec-Trac vacuumm switch from a 1984-86 Cherokee XJ or Wagoneer XJ. It's a sliding one.
