J10-mj questions

I found a 1980 j10 today in a barn in the sticks. Anyway, the body is spotless, the 258 runs, interior shabby. Old farmer said he would give it to me for $500. Is it worth it? Is 4x4, stick good glass, no rust. How does it compare to my 88 mj? Is it bigger, will anything swap? The rear appears to be a 44 and the front im not sure, but has lock out hubs and is a driverside drop. Any info, comparasions or just any info would be great.

Re: J10-mj questions

thats WAY too much!

if you want, Give me the guys address, and Ill go set him straight!

serioulsy, if it runs, and isnt too rusty and teh body is even SORT of straight JUMP ON IT.

not much will fit your MJ, the axles COULD be swapped, but they will be way wide.
if it were close to me Id buy it.
