EGR system which consists of EGR valve on the back of the intake manifold (replace with 1/2" (I think) NPT plug), Manifold CTO switch (white plastic thing on back of manifold with lots of vac hoses) replace with 3/8" NPT plug. Coolant CTO switch (another white plastic thing on the front of the manifold on the side of the radiator neck) with lots of vac hoses replace with 3/8" NPT plug.
A.I.R tubes (exhaust gas injection). Pull big black hoses from exhaust manifold risers. Soak riser banjo fitings with penetrant and carefully remove banjo bolts. Replace banjo bolts with banjo bolts of appropriately shorter size.
Delete AIR valve and AIR Pump.
plug off all open vacuum ports. make sure that you have plugged off ALL the open vacuum ports. Make sure you plug off the open ports on the charcoal canister (passenger side lower fender) and that you didn't disconnect the vacuum feed to this or the two fuel tank vent lines.
