where is the evaporator temp sensor on 94 passport

I have a buddy with a 94 honda passport. It has the 3.2 v-6 with 4x4. The air conditioning stopped working. The dealer says it's the evaporator temperature sensor. They want 200 bucks in labor and 40 bucks for the part. We have the part, just need to know where it goes. They said the vaccuum cannister. Where is that located at? We have a chiltons but it's no help at all. Thanks for the help.

Judging by the name of it i would bet that it is in the heater box, in order to get the box out on most newer vechicles you have to pull the whole dash out. That probable expains the high labor cost.
