Stupid mistake!

I recently attempted to drain a quart of transmission out of the hose running to my radiator, I ended up draining about 2 and I dumped around a quart back in. The pan i'd drained the tranny fluid into had had some anti-freeze in it, in my haste to finish the job I poured the mixed fluids back into the transmission immediatly realizing my idiotic mistake. Will this have any effects on my transmission, should all the fluid be drained out of my transmission? Also I have a newly rebuilt transmission and for some reason it won't shift out of 2nd, what could be the problem here? Perhaps the antifreeze or something else easy to fix? I don't have a clue, I rebuilt the engine, but I don't have a clue about transmissions. All help is greatly appreciated.
