Re: upgrade carb..whats best

I'm in the same boat as you. I have a '77 Traveler with a 345 and the stock 2 barrel Holley. I want to upgrade the carb and I have heard that Holley makes a really good 2 barrel ( 500 cfm I believe ) that would work great on the 345. I don't know which model the carb is for sure. That is what I'll be lookin' to put on mine. If I find out which one it is I'll let ya know.

Re: 500 cfm carb

Sly,

The Holley 500 cfm 2 barrel you're referring to is a model 2300. There is also a 350 cfm version of the 2300.
