2V Carb Adjustment

I have a 345 2bbl and I need to findout how to adjust the carb. I have a feeling it is running too lean because i get knocking and pinging at about 2000-2500 revs in fouth gear. I am running mid grade or premium gas because it is of equal price to low octane ethonol and no matter what gas goes in it pings and knocks. Thanks for the help

Re: 2V Carb Adjustment

This could be your ignition timing is too far advanced try retarding it a couple of degrees. Scouts Rule!
