IH stuff
I am posting from Louisville Ky, I have just purchased a house in which are neighbor a WWII vet lived in from around 1950 to 1997. Well it just so happens that he was a huge pack rat and never threw anything away. Well its a sad story of how he was a bachelor his entire life, and died a few years back. Well he was one of the last workers at the IH casting plant, before it closed for good. I have found many things relating to IH, from glass cups with IH logo (about 10 boxes full), uniforms, hats, and and about 10 stickers in perfect condition. I really dont want to throw these things away, and was wondering if these items are worth anything? and I actually have a set of 4 snow tires mounted on some steel wheels in the carriage house, that were defintely for his truck. Any ideas where I could get this stuff taken off my hands? or should I just get rid of them? the house is a total wreck, and I have just filled up a 20 cubic yard dumpster...and planning on filling up at least 3 more of them. I REALLY dont want them to go to waste.....any input on where I could get rid of them or how much there worth would be of great help.
-Thanks in advance
