Yours is a 3 spd.(?) which makes it a Chrysler Torqueflite 727. A very tough tranny..I thought I was going to have to replace mine as well..But check for leaks first. Alot of those seals and gaskets are old and leaky.. Change the fluid and filter..Make sure when you check it its warm and in "N". You may even need the bands adjusted.. This is much cheaper than getting it rebiult or replaced.. My 2 cents..
