I've got 2 ScoutII's ready to sell. 75' and a 72' . 75 has 345v8 auto,w/ dana44 front, not running. 72' runs with an 86' 4.0 liter jeep engine. t-18 trans. will get rid of them cheap. working on pictures to post soon!! Live in VIRGINIA.

Re: WTB

I bought the 75' for the windshield. I tried turning the engine over by turning the main pulley wheel on the front. I broke the wrench.. I'm guessing the engine is locked up from sitting so long. I thought about pouring some marvel mystery oil into each cylinder and letting it soak through. I've done this on old tractors and it "unstuck" them fine.It appears to have a new CARB. on it. IT has the 727 transmission w/ pull button 4wd knob on dash. PS,PB, all the glass except for windshield, all lense covers for lights,
As far as the body goes on the 75' its rusted bad. It's not pretty!! I would have to pretty much take the whole body off and replace with the 72' body or find other parts. (IE it is not salvagable). The interior is usable. all the seats and gauges are there. (Bench seats/Black) inner door skins are fine. I am going to take some pictures of both this weekend and try the mystery oil..I'll post what happened.(If I can figure out this new camera!!). I was thinking $500 for both. I really want to get rid of both, (need space). But I will get rid of the 75'or the 72' if thats all I can do.$250 apiece.
(I've got titles for Both.)

Re: WTB

besides being interested in the engine in the '75 i wanted the body but if it's like the one i've got theni guess i'm not interested. what's the body like on the '72 and do you think it could make it from richmond to southwest virginia?
