You need more than the air pump, but we can start there.
Get an air pump off anything in the bone yard. Make it fit.
If you have dual exhaust, get a Y-pipe and go single, with a cat. (You'll have MORE power. Scouts don't rev high, and don't need high flow exhaust. All a high flow exhaust will do is kill your low end torque, with HP gains well beyond your 4000 rpm redline.)
You need a universal cat (with air inlet).
If you just let it run silly ass rich, you'll clog that cat up in 100 miles. run 2 - 2.5 psi fuel pressure, and go as lean as you can keep her running smooth, + 1/4 turn. Time it at 7 degrees (off #8).
Get a DUI dizzy. DO NOT DO THE MOPAR CONVERSION.
