INline 6 experts here?
I am reassembling the 232 in my 800b and have a prob on my hands. I had apart a 258 from a scout 2 at my house also and have gotten the flywheels mixed up.
One is heavier than the other and the heavier one has most of its mass on the crankshaft side located further in from the ring gear.
Asside from that they bolt the same and are the same distance from the mount flange to the clutch facing of the flywheel.
Anyone here had enough of these inlines apart or know of someone very knowlegable of jeep inline sixes since IHC borrowed these AMC engines?
