\'71 Scout 800B price value

I went to a junk yard today and found a 1971 Scout 800B. I looked at it for a short while and over all i think it is fairly complete. there was one spot on the drivers side behind the door where part of the pannal was cut out but the rest of the body was in good shape. The inside had a bunch of junk piled inside so i couldnt see the shape of it. It did have a manual transmison and a transfer case. The motor is a 6-cyl AMC and so is the trany. I noticed on the passenger side a decal that said commando or cammanchy or something like that. The owner said it ran but not very good. He is asking 250 bucks for it and i am wondering how much it would be worth? Also, what does the commando thing mean? I'd hate to see it go to the crusher like some other scout II he once had that he clamed were in better shape than this one.
