Yes it is possible to answer your question, but for what reason would you want to do so? Is it because you have 6 lug wheels you got for free and want to use? If that is the case you would be better off buying a new set of 5 lug wheels because of the money it will cost you in parts to make this conversion.
New (used junkyard) axleshafts and new front rotors (or once again used).
Then if you want to do this right, you also will need new bearings for the rear at least and that is a nice chunk of change right there. Then if you want to go farther, then replace the front bearings too.
