spring over conversion

my buddy has a 79 scoutt II and its sitting too low for our life style. how hard is it to switch over

A bunch of work. :-)

Carving a spring perch into the housing, cut n' turn on the knuckles, Z-draglink or something more creative, and you should go with CV driveshafts and custom shock hoops.

I wouldnt think it would be that hard if you were not worried about the caster problem.
