90 suburban centerlink issues

i have a 90 model suburban with worn out rod end on the center link upon further inspection i realized the rod end on the driver side is non- adjustable only the passanger side has a sleeve... do i have to replace the hole centerlink rod to fix this or is there some other alternative all the parts suppliers are trying to sell me two identical rod ends any help would be much appreciated

I went through this with my 89. You have to replace the whole centerlink as a unit.
The parts listings at Autozone and Advance were all messed up for this particular piece. I had to go to both places, and had to make them bring the parts up front so I could look at them. It took a few tries, but they finally found the right parts.
