Did mid 80's blazer come with front and rear D44? or did someone swap them?

Should be 10 bolts front and rear. Dana 44s I think stop being used in the fronts around 1977.

im going to look at them this weekend but the guy said they where D44 front and rear 6 bolt lug. maybe late 70's?

Def. shouldnt be a 44 rear. Could have swapped in a 44 front. The rear should be a 12 or 10 bolt.
Check this out so you will have an idea what to look for, or to see what is actually under the blazer.

people that dont know will usualy call almost anything a dana axle.

i went to buy a d60 for cheap oneday only to find it was realy just 8 lug 10bolt.

89 ifs-sfa truck tranplanted in a 83 K-5 blazer offroad only rig
