Rust issues

Digging around today in the fire wall of my new cheap toy. i found alot of rust.

dose anyone know of a patch panel for the top of the fire wall?

Or is this something you can tear out and weld a new one in or do you have to change the cab out to get rid of the cancer?

I have an 86 chevy also don't no about that panel, try LMC they have just about everything you will need LMC you can get a free catalog there for 73 to 87 chevy truck goodluck
