Power Steering Pump Rebuild....done.
For the record, it's not hard to install a seal/o-ring kit in a power steering pump. The hardest part they say is removing the pulley without destroying it. A 2-jaw puller, supported by a c-clamp, got it off in less than 60 seconds. Driving the pump shaft bushing out, and the new one in is tricky. A piece of 1/2" galvanized schedule 40 water pipe with the end de-burred worked good for a driver (old-out). A 3/4" grade 8 bolt with a shoulder on the head was a good driver (new-in), a brass punch finished it nicely. Ran the truck down the road and back (about 4 miles), parked it with no leaks a day later.
