minispool for a 12 bolt

Hi guys, bought a drop in style minispool for my 12 blot truck rearend for a mudbogger I am building. Come to find out the rearend was a factory positrac of some kind. It has a claw that engages a block between the spiders and one side gear with a set of clutchs. After tearing into it, one of my spiders was all chewed up, and after cutting some parts to the assembly out, the minispool will not fit. The splines are the same, but the large diamter that acts like a bushing in the carrier is larger on the spool than in my truck, and the side with the clutches is way to short to work. I imagine if this was a standard differentiol, would a drop and go, does someeone make a minispool to fit into the positrack carrier?

No, nobody makes a minispool to replace the guts in a Gov-lock. Sell the minispool and weld up the Gov-lock.
