I think the cylinder wall came out ok, but will likely bore all the cylinders from .020 to .040. I'm thinking about using a set of new World Products Merlin big block heads, but maybe not, the Merlin heads use the same Manely valves that broke in these pictures.

That happened to my 65 Cutlass a few years ago. The cylinder wall ended up being too far gone to bore out, and I scored a big block for pretty cheap.
