did gm make a s10 blazer with a rempveable top?

i have been talkin to some ppl and they said that gm made a few s10 trucks with a removable top in the 80's ..not that i care but im just wondering .....is this true ? thanks

I personally haven't seen one nor have I heard of them ever being made.

Don't quote me as actual fact, just giving my 2 cents from my past experience!

No, but there were several companies that offered convertible "kits". They were quite popular. Not as popular as the kits for S10 pickups or Dakotas though.

Never ever. Dodge actually made convertible Dakotas at the factory for a year, 90 I think. I worked at a Dodge dealer for a short time, and remember a customer bringing hers in almost weekly with problems with the top.

yes with a sawsall anything is possible we did it to an s-10 and also 75 chevy pickup that we rolled
