Miss - slightly low on power?

Got a '95 K1500 with 5.7, 130k miles. Just finished replacing head gaskets because of antifreeze leak. Had valvejob done, new seals, etc. Anyway, truck had a small miss now and then before work done. More pronounced after work and I seem to be slightly low on power. I also replaced rotor, cap, wires, plugs and ohm'd out coil and pickup coil which ohm'd okay. No ideas left. Vavle lash appears good. Timing double checked and good.

Any ideas?

How about doing a compression check. Its seems you went through the top end pretty well.
