how do i adjust the tranny linkage , apx how much slack thier should be when at rest, your right its tight , also has anyone ever used wheel spacers before , are they strong enough ???

well, its a cable, so check both ends of it and see if there is a way to adjust it. a turnbuckle, or a way to move the mounting palte etc....a lot of things on the linkage get cobbled by mechanics, so theres no way of tellinge xactly what you've got.

as for the wheel spacers...yeah, they can work, but why do you need them? if its just for looks then its not a good idea in my opinion. you're just wearing front end parts out faster by having more stress on them. and for the preice of a good set, i thin kthey are a bit expensive. but yes they can work well.

I have spacers on my rear 14 bolt so that the track is the same width front and rear and I've had no problems. But I bought the good 6061-t6 ones, not the cheapy ones.
