Might try looking here http://www.novak-adapt.com A few things that come to mind about your tranny swap are input shaft length / spline count, diameter of the large hole in the center of the bellhousing, clutch linkage, and the Dodge transmission bolt pattern to a GM bellhousing. Maybe a GM 5 speed might be easier?

Re: manaul trany swap out help plz

You mean the 89-93 Getrag? Or the 94-up NV4500?

Nice thing about the Dodge tranny is the input shaft is about 1" longer. That lets you build a 1" adapter plate, and retain your GM bellhousing and clutch.

The diesel/V10 tranny's have a fatter input shaft which makes it tough to get a clutch disc that works with the 12" GM pressure plate.

The 318/360 gas version of the NV4500 has the same spline and diameter as the SM465, so you just re-use your clutch disc. Your NP205 won't bolt up. You'd have to find a Dodge version NP205 or NP208 to run with it (may or may not be a bolt-on - not sure)
