Q-Jet Adjustment

Can someone describe to me where the air-fuel mixture adjustmet screws are located on my Q-jet? The only screws I can find other than the idle adj. are the torx heads that look like they hold the top of the carb on. I have read about tuneing the mixture by measureing vacume, but I sure want to be certain the I am turning the right screws.

Re: Q-Jet Adjustment

The idle mixture screws are on the front of the carb in the base plate. If you've got an electronic or APT carburetor these are factory sealed.

I always start at 2.5 turns out and go from there.
