transfer case help

NP208/TH400

After driving the car more than 10 minutes it gives out the symptoms of a bad range fork but if I let it sit for a day it engages again. Is it possible that the fluid is just low?Should I bother changing the fluid or no?

Re: transfer case help

If you have to ask if the fluid is low that means you need to check it.
