ord shackle flip on modified frame

I put my shackle flip on last weekend. Not as bolt on as most eevryone elses with my hacked up frame. I mounted my shackle on a slight angle when i moved the rearend forward and i had to move the ORD flip forward another 2 inches or so to get it to mount up right. After mounting it to the frame i tosed my lift blocks, put on my new u bolts and tried to atatch my drive shaft. dam thing was too long. i compressed the slip all the way and it was a half inch too long to mount to the pinion yoke. It took a whileto figure it out, but my lift blocks had an offset center pin that moved the axle back a little over aninch. I then had to redrill my spring perches and spring plate to move the axle rearward 1.75 inches to make it fit. What should have been a 2 hour job took 7. I now have a much smoother ride than before considering i don't run shocks in the rear yet.
