Neutral Safety Switch/Back up lights

Hello. I just installed a B&M Truck Megashifter in my 83 Jimmy. I was just wondering if anyone knows where the wires are that i have to splice into for the neutral safety switch and the back up lights and how do you best go about wiring them up? All it says in the instructions is splice the switches in. Any help would be great. Thank you.

There is a white plastic piece on your steering shaft, close to where it goes through the firewall. It adjusts left and right and has some wires coming from it.
I'm not sure which wire does what, but that piece is for the back-up lights.
