91 K5 Blazer Wheel HELP! & Soft Top questions

All right. I'm new to this game. I know about speed but not offroad. I just picked up a cherry 91 k5 blazer. I also just broke the back rim sliding on ice, so I'm picking up a set or rims and tires from a friend. I know they are 33x12.5x15. I think the rims are 12"wide(possibly 10"). thats what he told me. they look good on his blazer and he haas a 4" lift. What I really want to know is I want my truck to look as stock as possible. I've done a lot of searchin and I want to know what I will have to do to make them fit my car. It sits very well and doesnt sag to bad. I saw these
