radiator follow up ??

The radiator in my truck is leaking,

I called around to a couple parts shops today.

All the shops had replacement 3 rows for 149.99
One store had a 4 row for 159.99

Are these good prices?
Will the 4 row fit without any probs?

Sorry for all the radiator questions

thanks

Re: radiator follow up ??

i bought a 4 row not too long ago for my truck it was 170 bucks. When i went to the store i asked if it would be a direct replacement the guy said no it would be too wide for the brackets there but when i got home i slaped it right in and it fit like a glove. i think the brand you get might make a diffrence. good luck

Advance Auto sells a 3 core for $117 with ATF cooler. It also sells the wide 4 core for $168 or something like that with ATF cooler.

Re: radiator follow up ??

I went and got the 4 core,
Took out the old one put the 4 core in thier and relized the I did not feel like making new brakets or cutting on the fan shroud, It was hitting the condenser lines too . So I pulled it right back out went back to auto zone and exchanged for the 3 row.
Slapped the 3 row right in , everythings fine

thanks for all the replys
