couple questions

my first question is, I have a 4 spring lift on my 77 swb and if i put shackles on that will add about a inch of lift will i have change shocks too? My other question is when i convert my running gear to 3/4 ton will the leaf springs from the half ton lift work? Thanks for the help.

Re: couple questions

Longer shackles will add lift to the front but not the back springs. If you have flipped the back shackle so that it hangs down, longer shackles will lift the back as well.
New shocks will depend on how much travel your current ones have. Most likely not for just one inch.
1/2 ton springs will bolt up to 3/4 ton axles but you'll need different size u-bolts, the axle tubes are wider.

Re: couple questions

The springs will work.

You'll need new spring plates for the 14FF and new U-bolts.

You need at least 27" long shocks with 4" of lift. After that, it'd be ideal to have 29" long shocks.
