Make me an offer, I bought these just to sell, and can't even get an offer on the #[email protected]#% things.

Re: Anybody want to go 1 ton??

Well, in all honesty, to everyone it depends on how much you want for them. I know it'd have to be pretty cheap for me to want to pay a couple hundred for shipping the front axle. I have a 14FF that'll bolt right in my truck and have a plethora available to me for $100 each. The hard part is the Dana 60. It's easy to find a Ford one but Chevy ones are hard to find for under $1000.

What is your zipcode? There appears to be 2 Kirkwoods in NY, and one is alot farther away from me than the other!

Re: Anybody want to go 1 ton??

Not that easy but they aren't that rare either. There are two in junkyards I know of and one they want $700 for and the other think it's worth $2000 but if you showed up with $800 in cash they'd be all over that deal like flies on [bleep]. Kind of like how they want $3500 for an LS1 but if you show up with $2500 in cash they'd give you the LS1 and the T56 mated to it.

The 44s are actually more difficult to find. I only know where one is at and they want $400 and it has no brakes/steering on it.

Re: Anybody want to go 1 ton??

The yard where I got my HP60 from has a 1/2 ton leave spring HP44 out of a 78-79, and its all there. I thought about getting it to sell, but seems there wasn't much of an interest it in. I'm going there again this weekend and can check if its still there.
