Roll cages

I want to put a full cage in the '83 Jimmy. Essentiallyoffroad has one I like but it's $530.00 plus shipping. That's $530.00 for just some bent pipe. Nothing is welded or assembled. Anyone know a better alternative?

Re: Roll cages

Buy a bender and do it yourself? Or do it yourself
without the bender and just weld all the angles....

Re: Roll cages

If you live close to or in Arkansas theres a fab shop here thar is real good and cheap. He's putting a roll bar in my 72 blazer for $150 and is building a Roll cage front subframe combo for my 78 firebird for $750. Thats not conectors thats the whole damn subframe!
