72 k5 what bumper would look best

It will be white with the wheels, stock bumpers, grill, headlight bezel, and mirrors powder coated black. What bumper would saport a winch and provide protection with out looking like too much. Would it be best to build around or replace the factory bumper? Where could I find some good picks of other with bumpers on them?

I've seen some people put the winch behind the factory bumper and cust a whole for the fairlead. You might do a search on here, ck5, or jus tthe web in general and might gind some good pics to go off.

Whichever you go with, make it as high up as possible and with an angled front plate that correspods generally with your approach angle. That is assuming you're building your own. I prefer the small compact square tube ones or the round tube prerunner. I've lost the taste for huge overbuilt monster bumps...

One like this. I dont know if it would fit on a 72 or if they could make one that would, but I love these bumpers on Chevys.
