aftermarket gauges

Okay, I keep seeing posts in here about replacing gauges in the factory panel, but I want to know if anyone hase made their own panel. I've been thinking about using some aluminum diamond-plate bent and cut to fit. Has anyone out there done this, or seen any plans like that?

Re: aftermarket gauges

I've seen a few. I'll see if I can find some pics today and post them here for ya. Have seen whole new dashes built and integrated into full cages and just new bezels

Re: aftermarket gauges

www.ChevyDuty.com or www.lmctruck.com They've both got Billet Aluminum bezels available.

Also a billet replacement for the peice on the front of the dash, for middle/passenger side. Where the A/C comes out, if you're blessed enough to have it.

Re: aftermarket gauges

Those are nice, but I'm not looking to get that into it, just replace the existing gauge bezel area. I've got the chevy duty and LMC truck catalogs, but I don't like the current configuration of the gauges right now.
