Inner fender

Hey i gotta 89 chevy IfS.I know this is the SFA forum but i cant get no help over there.I am puttin prerunner fenders on the front of my truck.I am going to need new inner fenders and need some ideas.I would love any help you guys could give me .

Just for the material? Basic sheet metal bent and cut to fit would be my suggestion. Maybe some sort of industrial rubber strips? Have some give to them.

Do you want to mount stuff to the fenders again?

had an idea for using a bar from firewall to radiator support in form teh fender a foot or so then take rubber and go from top of fneder and over the bar then down to the frame to allow for the tire to hitt the fender under full flex if it does it won't hurt anything cause the rubber can move around it and stuff
