I just got my Dana 44. It's under a 99 Dodge Ram 1500, but I like just having SFA.

Re: It\'s official...

Eh, I still think you guys got a lemon. There are far to many people running these things for every one to be like yours.

Besides, it's my daily driver and a half ton with 3.55's, so I won't go above 33" tall tires and not until I regear to at least 4.10's. 33's are pretty much big enough for 90% of the legal wheeling around here anyways.

I also know where there's a rusty but trusty late 70's F250 with the camping/trailering and snowplow packages sitting around not doing much. Coil sprung front and leaf sprung rear axles. Hmmmmmm........at least a D60 rear, and I'd bet the front is a D60 with those packages. Front pumpkin is on the same side as the Dodge.........................if anything ever happens........

Re: It\'s official...

Looks great! I probably missed some info before, but what gear ratio? Was it a direct bolt in or did you have to modify the axles? Sorry for all the q's but I'm gathering info for when I need to do the axles in the Burb. Thanks!
