interchangeable parts between 10 bolt and dana 44?

are any of the parts from the knuckle out on the 10 bolt the same as a dana 44?(hubs, spindle, rotor) the 10 bolt is from a 90 blazer and the dana 44 is a disk brake axle but it is full time. the 10 bolt has been changed to part time. im wondering if you can use any of these parts from the 10 bolt on the dana 44. thanks in advance.

It's all the same from the knuckles out if the Dana 44 was built after 1977.

I'm not an authority on the parts of D44;s, just breaking them but on the 3/4 ton the pre '77 has the large external hubs

All you have to do on the D44 is put regular manual hubs on it. Take the auto hubs off and put the manuals on.
