Country Squire radial 4x4 tires

a kid at my school got a 89 half ton and put on a 3 inch body lift, and he wants to get ride of the practically new tires. they are Country Squire Radial 4wd or 4x4 cant remember which, they are 31/12.5/R15s, would be a better tire then what i have now and i think i could pick them up cheap have any of you guys heard how they do in mud?

If its the ones I'm thinking of they look like a TSL with to many lugs extremely tight together.

I personally don't see how they could work well in the mud, but then again I have a farmer living on each side of me and guess what's on their truck's? ::

a good friend of mine has a set of the 31's on his 96 ford. He likes them and the price was good. He bought them through the local Farm Bureau.

they dont look alot like tsls i dont think, im pretty sure i am goin to by them, i can put 12.5 on 8 inch rims right?

Drey, yeah, an 8" rim is perfect for a 12.5" wide tire.
