It's a K30 that was made for the military. they auction them off quite often, they usually go for anywhere between $1200 and $3500. Always have diesels, autos, 4.56s and a Detroit in the rear.

Re: cucv on ebay

The auto will be a TH400 and the front axle on the pickups will be a Dana 60F! I think the Blazers have a 12 bolt rear with a Dana 44 front.

Try www.govliquidation.com to find some in your area. They are the people who sell most of the military's old stuff. If they don't have any when you look, check back, changes all the time.

Re: cucv on ebay

actaully it is some sort of hybrid TH400 tranny called a TH475. I am not sure what is different. Joe's dad has an 82 (?) 1.25 truck like that he is fixing up. He got his for $300.

Re: cucv on ebay

I belive the only differance between TH400's, And TH475's. Is the 475 has strait cut gears, And the 400 doesn't. 475's can also be found in some motorhomes, Built off Chevy a chassis.
I whould love one of the pickups, One or two pops up for aution at some of the military bases throughout the state sometimes, Perhaps one day I'll have even a few hunderd to offer on one.
